COMPETITION SUBJECT: “STREET LIFE”

COMPETITION SPECIFICATIONS:

1-Participation in the competition is free.

2-The competition is held only on the Instagram platform.

3-Competition; It is open to all photography lovers, professional or amateur.

4- Although there is no limit on the number of photos to be uploaded, it is appropriate to upload a maximum of 5 photos. The photos uploaded by the participants to their Instagram account must be published on their Instagram account as of the competition start date (15/09/2023). Previously published photos will not be evaluated.

5- Participants must first follow the official Instagram account of Fotogram Photo Club (FPC) named @fotogramphotoclub. Photos related to the theme of our “Street Life” can be included in the competition after being shared on the participant accounts with the hashtag #fotogramphotoclub and the tag @fotogramphotoclub. 

6- Participants in the competition must not change their Instagram user/account names until the competition ends and their Instagram accounts must be public. Even if users whose posts are private share photos from their accounts using @fotogramphotoclub and #fotogramphotoclub tags, they will be deemed not to have participated in the competition because their photos will not be visible.

7- The photographs participating in the competition must not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties, must not disrupt public order, encourage harmful or bad habits, be contrary to public morality and good manners, must not constitute a crime, and must not serve the purpose of advertising third parties in any way. All legal and criminal liability in this regard belongs to the participants.

8- Before the competition results are announced, the winners will be contacted through their Instagram profiles and their contact and photo information will be checked. During this process, substitute winners will be chosen to replace users who cannot receive a response.

9- All photos sent must be taken by the contestant. All legal liability for copyright violations that may occur when images belonging to others are used as is or partially belongs to the participant.

10- Fotogram Photo Club (FPC), which organizes the competition, reserves the right to edit, add/remove and cancel the competition specifications. Participants do not have the right to object in this regard.

11-This competition has no direct relation with the Instagram platform. Changes and adjustments made by Instagram may change the course of the competition. For this reason, the regulatory body cannot be held responsible.

12- Prize winners will be determined based on the number of likes they receive from the photos of the participants who fully fulfill all the competition conditions.

13- The deadline for participation in the competition is 30.09.2023. The result of the competition will be announced on 04.10.2023.

14- Those who participate in the competition are deemed to have read and accepted the “contest participation conditions”.

Honorable Mention: Certificate of Achievement (PDF)

16- The 40 photos that meet the necessary conditions and receive the most likes will be exhibited in the PHOTOGRAM PHOTO CLUB VIRTUAL GALLERY.
